As a child, I experienced how important acceptance is while growing up. When I came out in 2012, some people didn't understand it and even saw it as a 'choice' or 'unnatural'. Ten years later, I had hoped things would be better for the new generation, but the statistics still give me goosebumps to this day.

In 2019, when I felt comfortable with myself, I discovered that diversity in the animal kingdom is something very natural. That changed everything for me. In the animal kingdom, I saw that love and being yourself exist in all forms – from swans to lions.

That insight not only gave me strength but also a clear mission: to show children early on that the world is diverse, just as animals love in many different ways. I am now truly myself, a Natural Hero!
